What is Quai?
Quai (Angelica sinensis) is a perennial herb native to China, Japan, and Korea. It has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for centuries to treat a wide range of ailments. The root of the plant is the most commonly used part, but the leaves and seeds are also used.
